Pappardelle Pasta with Pesto and Peas
This simple, fresh pasta dish is the perfect way to showcase summer flavors. Al dente pasta comes together with basil pesto, peas, ciliegine and bacon for a light yet indulgent dish.
- 3 lbs. 12 oz. Cooked Pappardelle Pasta, al dente
- 1½ cups Prepared Basil Pesto
- 3 cups Cooked Green Peas
- 2¼ lbs Polly-O Ciliegine
- 12 oz. Cooked and Crumbled Bacon Pieces
Procedure for 1 Serving:
Toss together 5 oz. of warmed cooked pasta with 2 Tbsp. prepared pesto, ¼ cup cooked green peas, and 3 oz. ciliegine.
Garnish top with 1 oz. crumbled cooked bacon pieces and serve.
